Underwriting Multifamily pro forma vacancy rates
Hi all,
When calculating future pro forma numbers on a potential deal, what should I use as a vacancy rate. Is it safe to use the current one, or is there an alternative way?
Maybe historical vacancy rates for the market?
Thanks
