MLS access in Colorado

Hello BP I am a new member this is my first post on BP. I am just looking for some advice. I am in the Colorado Springs market and I've been looking for MLS access so that I can run my own comps. Should I just get my real estate license to get access to the MLS or if its possible to get access through other means. I'm currently working a full time job and trying to get into real estate but my long term plan is flipping and wholesaling and rentals. Thank you in advance to everyone on BP this is an amazing resource.

REColorado is limited mainly for Denver Metro and doesn't work well in COS. You need to use https://ppar.com. Keep your day job and hire a Realtor. Do a couple of deals, and if you like it, then get your license. It's a lot easier to get a loan when you have a W-2. You can invest without spending the time and money getting licensed.
