I feel like I have a good grasp on things being a fast learner and avid researcher but that cannot be substituted for REAL EXPERIENCE.

Both are good reads an informative, but I'm more of a visual an hand on learner. 

I'm a learner and want to pick up any real estate investing information I can.

I consider myself blessed with God given talents and a quick learner and it took me YEARS to develop a thorough understanding of processes and materials needed to accurately estimate a rehab and then pull it off on budget and on schedule without cutting corners.
