Hello everyone,
My name is John Bender and I am the owner of Option Avenue, llc. My company is relatively new, but I am not a stranger to real estate. I was a Realtor until I let my license expire last September. I manage a 65 unit complex in Big Rapids. Like so many others I am an avid reader and a dedicated learner.
