Hello my new friends. I am new to real estate investment, but I am serious about getting and staying in it. I just became a PRO member. I want to learn more about wholesaling. Of course I want to learn all of the strategies and techniques of real estate investing, but feel that I need to start with wholesaling first to create capital, since i dont have much money to start with. But feel free to correct me if my thinking is wrong. I am open to all feedback. Since I am so new, I really need t o know if the first thing i need to do is get a business name and be incorporated, before i do anything else. i have been viewing the webinars for people like me, and have read several books/articles, but that was never addressed.  I am a fast learner and study, and just really need step by step guidance on what to do first before anything else.  Thanks in advance.
