Hi everyone. Im a 27 year old single father of 2 boys and I really want real estate to be my way to financial freedom and being able to give my kids as much of their dad as they deserve. Will you guys please give me ANY tips to get started. Example: What are ALL the fees I should expect to pay when buying a home from beginning to end? What are key things to look for in homes? Do you buy homes that have neighbors with dogs(Just being silly here). My point is ill take any information you throw at me. I'm a fast learner and i'd much rather learn "hands on" by talking to whoever wants to talk to me as well as reading any books you recommend. Thank you.
