Newbie from Des Moines Iowa interested: flipping/rentals/tax help

 Hey all. I'm new to real estate investing, but very familiar with the real estate market and products. I'm at risk and compliance leader within a large national bank. I'm in to  fixing and flipping houses,  and want to jump into rentals as well. I'm a learner and want to pick up any real estate investing information I can.  

 I'm also very interested in any information and advice I can get on how real estate investing can help reduce my personal salary income tax liability. I paid a ridiculous amount of money in taxes this year  and never want to be hit with a bill like that again. 

My ultimate goal is to own 100 doors.
