Has anyone had experience with coaching?

It means that in my 15+ years of experience as an insurance agent this is the correct way to do it. 

It's the second Wed of every month, a small group of people and variety of investor experience levels.

I took the Airbnb bookings and now I'm around 80/20 Airbnb/VRBO.Based on a recent bad experience that I had with Airbnb (it's a separate thread out here), I called VRBO and asked them how I can get more booking requests from VRBO. 

For example, I own two large multifamily buildings, and when I tried to get a tax exemption for them, I had different experiences.

Baselane has lease, screening, and rent collection features too but no app but it's free.Has anyone had experience using either or both?

When you can communicate both your strategy and criteria (and are financially credible), you can leverage your network and get meetings with brokers who are willing to shop for you.

It is cheaper, in general, to sub out like you say but if you have no experience sequencing the work and talking to subs you may be scarring them off.

I very well could have done it the wrong way, but this was just my experience.
