Coaching for multifamily?

Hey everyone,

I've completed a few flips, but have always heard that larger multifamily deals is where most people gravitate towards. It does seem very interesting (and lucrative), but also overwhelming!

I'm exploring a few mentoring programs out there. Some are between $20k - $30k. Has anyone had experience with coaching? Was it worth it?

Thanks!

@John Lasher If you are still looking to spend $20k-$30K for a coach, I would be happy to take you up on that offer :) For full disclosure,  I will share with you precisely what you can learn online/ perhaps even entirely through these BiggerPockets Forums but that doesn't address the reason why most are still unable to purchase larger assets: creditworthiness and capital relationships. But don't let that discourage you. I will gladly assign you some remedial tasks associated with my projects and for your efforts and generosity I will assign you Co-GP title and send you out into the world to misrepresent your capabilities and track record to raise capital from others. If you fail, you can raise capital for my projects and will give you another Co-GP title.

.......Or you can organically grow your real estate portfolio and credit worthiness &  keep the $30K.
