I do this when trying to find someone I want repeat biz from and never knew a contractor to turn down free beers. if you're just looking for a 1 time work guy/girl then can skip that part. good luck!

Grabbed a fixer upper....so, how hard can it be????

Being military people are always looking for places to live before and after deployments and after moving and so on, so finding a roommate to grab a room is easy, and I do have a girlfriend that will be living with me. 

We have a renter who is interested in grabbing the space for car restoration.I was told I need liability if they are doing restoration of any kind.

If you are ever in the LA/OC area, or I am back out in the Midwest, I would love to take you out to grab a bite or a drink and dig deeper on your story/ analyze a few deals together. 

I want to grab it as an investment prop.
