Help with Marketing to Investors

Hello, I'm a new agent in Cleveland, OH. I've worked in property management for awhile but just got my license. I currently have multiple properties listed, all but one with tenants. The sellers are really interested in only marketing to other investors, which I agree with.

That being said, outside of the MLS, Facebook and Craigslist, I have no idea on where to even begin to market these. I have really had no interest at all and I feel like I'm not marketing in the right place/way.

Any advice would be very much appreciated.

@Megan McGinty - Do you already attend local Cleveland REIA meetings and meetups? If so start collecting contact info for cash buyers. If not, start! :)

Also you can join BP as Pro and post the properties in the marketplace.

If they are good deals, you should have no problem moving them!

Best of luck!
