@Dawn Anastasi  I believe that all you would need to do is use a webcam, then upload your video to youtube or vimeo and then embed the link onto here...or an iphone - save the video to your iphone/ipad then upload to youtube or vimeo and attach the link.

@Dawn Brenengen My search has started in DC for a number of reasons with some of the main reasons being:- Building restrictions limiting supply- Low unemployment- Low rental vacancies- it is the CapitalThat being said I am going to look at a few other markets before committing any capital- early days yet for myself.

Typically ( in Lubbock ) refrigerator, washer/dryer, dishwasher are NOT provided by landlords: tenants bring their own.

@Dawn Anastasi and @Jenkins Ramon our loan is commercial so no escrow for taxes and insurance (ins is through Auto Owners) so I have a separate savings account that I transfer money into each month).
