How do i build a serious buyers list?

Hey Guys,

I am looking to build a buyers list (like all wholesale newbies) and just want some advice on where to start. I have registered for a REIA meeting coming up and pretty excited about that. What else would you guys recommend?

I am looking to connect with any investors in the Pittsburgh area.

Check the "sticky" posts at the top of the wholesaling forum. Networking at auctions is a great way. Auction buyers are cash buyers that can settle quickly.
