The parking is on the top of 316, which now is extended all the way to the left side and right up against the building of the property off of the alleyway.The brighter section of the sidewalk on the right side of the this picture is the property line.

With the moon being full it was bright, bright enough you didn't flashlights or street lights to see.

So I definitely think there will be a return to some sort of sanity (or worse) in the next couple of years, Ogden should have a brighter upside than many other markets because it was never a fringe market--only a distressed one.  

Past Tense.When we bought the house, the woman who lived there had flashlights EVERYWHERE.

Once the REI understands that the only cost to them is what cash comes out of their pocket, and they don't make a profit until they recover it, and the smaller that number is, the faster the time it takes and the lower the dollars needed to get to that recovery, the light bulb shines brighter, and they stop focusing on paying down the principle, and just letting the tenants do their job  by doing it for you...for free.

In other words, is it taking into account a 20% down payment plus closing costs in year one, but then the picture gets much brighter in subsequent years of the loan?
