We had a few problems that took twice as long to complete.It took 2 months to find out next flip and get it under contract (remember I am doing this remotely from England where I am stationed) because several possible deals were too tight on the #s from our calculations.

Hey all,I have a SFR in Great Falls, Montana that is valued at about $175k & I owe $95k....I am wanting to take out some of that equity to use to invest in other real estate deals...I am active duty military stationed overseas in England so I can't just go into any bank or credit union in person but I know that I can get this done via phone, email etc.I am seeking advise or recommendations on easiest way and best way to do this... also any recommendations for Lenders would be helpful.
