I am active duty stationed in England and have no knowledge of the Houston, Texas area.

We had a few problems that took twice as long to complete.It took 2 months to find out next flip and get it under contract (remember I am doing this remotely from England where I am stationed) because several possible deals were too tight on the #s from our calculations.  

Hey all,I have a SFR in Great Falls, Montana that is valued at about $175k & I owe $95k....I am wanting to take out some of that equity to use to invest in other real estate deals...I am active duty military stationed overseas in England so I can't just go into any bank or credit union in person but I know that I can get this done via phone, email etc.I am seeking advise or recommendations on easiest way and best way to do this... also any recommendations for Lenders would be helpful.

As a native New Englander, I can tell you that you'll likely also fall in love with the low taxes and price points of most properties here.

Have done condo conversions and fix/flip projects in New England and larger project real estate investing in Texas over the last 10 years.
