Has anyone had experience with coaching?

The better the rates, lenders generally want to see more experience, higher credit, occupancy and DSCR requirements. 

I very well could have done it the wrong way, but this was just my experience.

How has your experience been so far with out-of-state investing?

Property managers can make or break your out of state experience.

You have to work with a team that is investor-friendly and has experience working with out-of-country investors like yourself.

That's looking at it through a narrow lens though, when you zoom out to 5-10-15 years down the road and calculate the difference, in my experience the appreciation has been far more beneficial than the $200 difference per month in cash flow from a different market.

I first came to the intro about a year ago and it has been a great experience.  

To get the job you have to have job experience, which is a catch 22.

It means that in my 15+ years of experience as an insurance agent this is the correct way to do it.
