Interest Rates on Commercial Loan?

Hello!

I took quite a break from buying properties and now on the hunt again.

I’m curious what rates look like these days for a commercial apartment building around 1.5M.

If any lenders could chime in or investors who have seen recent rates please share!!

Thank you!

Tariq

Hi Tariq,

Which areas are you looking at and how much are you looking to put down? Commercial programs a heavily dependent on location and NOI (less one size fits all compared to residential). If it's high LTV, most likely it's in the 6's to 7's for long term,
