There is no reason to work with someone who is a complete stranger

You wouldnt trust a stranger on the internet offering to give you heart surgery for free....so why would you accept a contract for free from a stranger on the internet that could cause you harm if things go sideways?

I personally wouldn't invest in this area but don't let a strangers opinion deter you.

I am surprised by, and appreciate the time you take to share your insight with a complete stranger.  

... and don't be a stranger - come, visit, and enjoy Las Vegas and write the trip off as a tax deductible business expense for the American investment company you will form.  

Here is what you do NOT want to do: You do NOT want to go off to some far away out of state market that you are not familiar with, where you will need to give up control over your RE investment and be 100% dependent on the kindness of strangers to make or break your investment for you with the idea that you will be able to kick back in your armchair in CA and watch the rent checks roll in without getting your hands dirty.

The sole surviving son or daughter of the deceased has no more right to enter the unit than a stranger on the street.

We do have rooms that aren't being used since my two kids prefer to share a room, but I wouldn't even consider having strangers in my house around my wife and two girls.

My guess is that some people get nervous when leaving messages for a stranger, which makes them talk faster and run their sentences together.

Take someone who has a Ten Page Credit Report, hand it to any stranger on the street and have them explain how the credit score is 682.
