If you acquire a property with the precious homeowner occupying the home can you evict the homeowner upon possession of the property?

Newbie here and I live in the the Augusta, GA area with my wife and 2 kids (one more on the way).

From our precious discussion, 2022 is when I want to prep/start the process of building.

In August a new guy moved in without my final approval while I was checking out his application, and in October started partying and causing issue with the other roommates.

In my opinion you absolutely do NOT need to spend your precious time chasing more degrees and licenses.
