Eviction Attorney in St George Utah

I have a rental house in St George Utah. Things had been pretty smooth until recently. Originally I rented it to a student and his family and they had a few friends that would help them with the rent while living there. Two years ago he got married and his friends wanted to keep renting so I redid the lease and had all 6 sign and be separate. As students have graduated or moved on I have had them fill with friends. In August a new guy moved in without my final approval while I was checking out his application, and in October started partying and causing issue with the other roommates. He is a football player and feels like he can do whatever he pleases. He did not sign the lease, although he read it (all the other tenants have signed and know the rules). He kept putting off paying the security deposit. When we originally talked (as I interviewed him) he wanted to leave after December as the football season would be done and he was leaving school. I informed him in the middle of November that he needed to be out by the end of semester (December 15) as he is not a good fit with his drinking parties and friends, and because he had not signed the lease or paid the deposit. I gave him a notice to vacate on December 1, and also text it to him as he left for Thanksgiving and has not been back since (but his personal stuff is in the room making it impossible to get the new tenant in the house.

Does anyone have a referral for a good reasonable eviction attorney in St George Utah? I would appreciate it! TIA.
