Not saying these aren't good ideas, but they can also be overwhelming.  

I know that most people that are just getting into the business have the overwhelming urge to get started.

The front office staff do the heavy lifting of chasing loose ends, checking details, etc.

Also want our staff to be able to communicate with tenants from their mobile devices using an app and not their personal cell phones.Would also be nice to auto generate emails and or text messages when rent is past due.

I don't have a staff of six figure marketing/compliance professionals to make it all compliant, so I don't advertise rates online, and you won't see any in this post.

The problem for most when they are new is that there is just so much information out there it can be overwhelming.

@Trevor Riley someone who is putting in CONSISTENT work, communicating weekly, not overwhelming themselves by trying to BD for too many different investors, and knows how to accurately run their numbers. 

We have trouble getting vendors and staff to go to certain parts of town, that's a bigger issue than if the office is willing to deal with the paperwork of section 8. 

I've found the RE community to be super collaborative and supportive.It can be a little overwhelming at first, but if you're committed and use the resources available, I'm sure you'll succeed!

This is very true 😅 We are at 95% capacity and a lot of other firm owners I know are full completely for the rest of the year... send us more staff please!
