Property Management Software
What’s everyone using for property management software?
I currently have 78 residential doors and 6 commercial properties with a total of 31 tenants.
We’re looking to make a change from our current provider. We manage all of our properties in house, including maintenance and repairs.
I’m looking for something that has text communications and maintenance work orders and logs. Also want our staff to be able to communicate with tenants from their mobile devices using an app and not their personal cell phones.
Would also be nice to auto generate emails and or text messages when rent is past due.
