I ran into a Saudi deli owner in SF.. he could not pay interest so i set up a no interest fiancing plan for him and I proceeded to go through his whole sphere ... most were all small business owners in SF.. was a most productive 6 months.and I have used that Arrow a number of times to move props.

So you may be able to check with the holder of your mortgage to see if they have any insurance information.If this does not work and the PM is not responsive, @Jay Hinrichs is a great source of info and provided good advice if the unit is really uninsured or you cannot verify that the unit is insured.Good luckDan being that the OP is in OZ most of those investors paid cash for their units as financing can be very difficult for them to get without being in the US or a US presence.. unless its owner finance or some sort of private financing..
