This is very time consuming and not to mention my ads keep getting flagged and deleted.   

The Texas Association of REALTORS® deleted that paragraph as it was inappropriately applied to all requested repairs.

Admin for the group I mentioned above is amazing and does a great job keeping the site organized and checking/deleting the idiots.
