Looking for cash investors to partner with

So my last post was deleted because made an accident by sharing info that's not allowed yet to new members. 

However I'm looking to partner up with cash investors that would like to fix and flip in California or Vegas. I currently living in Vegas working on getting my brokers license. I'm a licensed realtor in Southern California an hour from Los Angeles looking forward to new opportunities!
