My 2nd Rental

@Matt G. inspired me to post my second rental property that I just finished rehabbing.  Here are the numbers:

Purchase price = $87k

Appraised Value = $109k

Rehab costs = $15k

Expected Rent = $400 - $500 after expenses

I just put it up for rent on Craigslist two weeks ago. ..spread the word :) Here is the ad,

 $1100 for rent...
