@Samuel Sedore, thanks I have since deleted the being a newbie part on the ad, from other suggestions from members on BP.

So my last post was deleted because made an accident by sharing info that's not allowed yet to new members. 

This is very time consuming and not to mention my ads keep getting flagged and deleted.   

The Texas Association of REALTORS® deleted that paragraph as it was inappropriately applied to all requested repairs.

Sorry very stressed today - my website has crashed and all the files have been deleted by a support team (..... no company name) .
