Found a good deal single family home on the same street I grew up on selling for 120K problem is that if I was to put 20% down I'm literally left with just 2k to myself have ya ran into the same problem?

Hey BP,I've been thinking recently on a topic that surprised me when I realized I had kind of thought this way my whole life and that is - going across the river to Illinois.To be more specific, I grew up in O'Fallon.

I grew up in the far north suburbs around Zion/Waukegan, but now live near the Brookfield zoo in the near southwest suburbs.

It also helps that i grew up with a GC as a father. 

I grew up in Hopkins and have a few rentals there, but additional rentals have been hard to come by in Hopkins as of late.  

I grew up in paterson NJ, live in MD right now but looking to invest there. thanks 

I live in Huntington Beach, and have family in Long Beach where I grew up.

My co-worker grew up in 32209 and said the streets with flower names are ok. 06 has its good parts in Springfield 08 has its good areas toward Trout River, 19 has its good parts in rural western by 20.

I grew up in Boulder and have family in the area so we're looking at somewhere along the front range as our best option at the moment. 

I grew up in Ann Arbor so I am very familiar with the area.
