Multi family property...foreclosure or mini repair
Hello to all....i have been searching for a home since about December. My partner who has the majority of the money is flaking. Leaving me to make a move that i am not sure i am ready to do. I've got about 10k and want to move from my rental by June 2018. As a Professional Chef i am naturally handy with my hands. It also helps that i grew up with a GC as a father.
So...my question is...Should i wait, save more money to qualify for FHA @ 5% or try and find a foreclosure and work on it myself?
