Rental loans in the sector are low to mid 6's.

Some business sectors and markets have been hit harder than others.  

Also Nashville has a diversified job sector as well (tech, auto, tourism, logistics, healthcare, entertainment, manufacturing, etc.) 

I yearn to obtain a job in the federal sector in RE since that is my passion and not law enforcement. 

Many sectors of the city are up-and-coming and there are tons of colleges/universities, major medical hospitals, some professional sports, and factories around. 

I think residential is the easiest sector to get your feet wet, simply because the leasing is much more straightforward.

But as a wholesaler you have a completely different sector than a typical agent.

Due to the huge migration of people towards Austin in past few years, Service sectors hurt really bad, they can't keep up with the demand.

Bare with me, I have an unusual question and am seeking a little guidance as how to best accomplish some goals I have...I am currently in the military and have been strongly considering transitioining back into the civilian sector.
