Residential commercial or SHR investment

Market has changed. Those that did Wholesale deals before March 2020; well, it worked. We are currently in a different market. Where’s the next checker on the board?  What are your thoughts for residential investments? (Not retail, industrial commercial. That sector is definitely injured.)
As we are in the dark with loans. After March 26th, 2020, it’s 20% down with a 700 score. Along with 6-18 months of reserves (operating expenses). Having said all this, if you have a good chunk of money for your move, get prepared. The market may just swing our way, exactly what we’ve been waiting for.

Wondering if there will be any “Balance Sheet“ lenders out there on the side lines? Or, Private lenders with reasonable rates.

There could be one ninja in all this. If China pulls the Treasury Bonds from under our 🦶 feet. That can cause our economy to spin out of control. Should we be walking on eggshells?

Curious on what everyone’s thoughts are?
Thank you,

Residential Investor
