Hi, does anyone know anything about nonprofit organizations in New York and details?

@Trevor Crabtree- thanks ....before seraching to hard- if you need to use  financing - get fully pre approved with a lender ..its  free and  easy  and this will educate you /  organize you and  prepare you .

Are you sure you are talking about the correct organization?

The realtors will say the appraisal value is not attainable since tenant occupied. 

I recommend a more organic approach of meeting other local investors, genuinely taking an interest in what they're doing, and genuinely trying to help them succeed.
