    Hey @Tim Kubiak - Congrats on jumping on BP and getting in to the real estate game!

    You likely have 3 of the top brokers in the western parts of Chicago with @Eudith Vacio, @Paul De Luca, and @John Warren above on your thread.  

    I would personally set up coffee with all three of them!  Plus John Warren has a great Western Suburbs meetup in the Oak Park area.
