Ohio for MultiFamilies
Hi everyone - I'm currently looking at Ohio, specifically Dayton for 4-plexes. Ohio seems landlord friendly, reasonably stable blue-collar economy (I currently own rentals in WY and I'm looking for a new location that also targets 1 bed / 1 bath multifamilies). Seems like property mgmt has plenty of reasonable options. Does anybody have any feedback or concerns about Dayton? I also previously owned multi-families in Indianapolis and the crime there was a surprise.
Thank you in advance!

A lot of Columbus developers are opening up shop in Dayton because of the lower competition and lower price entry. They talk about that at our ULI meetings which is a great organization to get involved with if you want to learn more about real estate and development in urban areas
