Is the person who allegedly owes money on Biggerpockets?

Has anyone else been following what is going on with Michelle Malkin getting banned from using Airbnb for allegedly being associated with a 'known hate group' and speaking at a 'white nationalist conference'?

So today I get a text with a picture of letter from an alleged medical provider (DNP-C).  

First off it seems there is some confusion on which property is being discussed.. 1 piece of land (a 30 acre parcel) I own outright, that is the one close to the train that's *allegedly* coming through lol, the site plans for that 150 unit development are already drafted in 6 stages and there are already a number of private investors (mostly people interested in sustainable development, off grid living and permaculture food forests so banks are out of the question for this development) lined up for it as it's a very unique project in and of itself using a building technique I discovered and got approval for on my own home here that ended up saving us about 60% on construction costs for the same square footage versus a conventional build, I wont get too much into that here. 

At the HOA meeting, I would be prepared to counter "that one neighbor's" allegations with evidence.

If I could go back in time, what I would do differently (allegedly) ...1 - I would buy RE to wait.

I’m going to call as soon as the person is back (allegedly).

The seller allegedly gave them cash for keys, but they came back.

Some of the so called deals the alleged wholesalers push are terrible for the area, even though they would be great on the coast.I can buy two good rental properties in a C neighborhood for the price of a new truck.

I would amend to say that if the OP does a little research and finds that the alleged GC is not actually licensed, or not correctly licensed, he needs to fire immediately.
