I’m not sure where to post this, but has anyone had original post threads deleted? Bigger Pockets states that they do not remove posts. There have been two instances where the original thread is gone. One recent thread was asked about a particular individual and his company. I had responded with my honest opinion of this investor because he had owed me money. There are at least 8 other investors owed money and 6 went together on a lawsuit trying to get their money back. People often look to BP for advice or to vet other investors. When this information is removed and not available for others to see, it lets other honest investors vulnerable to these bad operators and potentially lose out on lots of hard earned money.
