I recently started an LLC and was wondering what type of success and stumbling blocks everyone has had in building their own business credit? 

My name is JP from Mexico City, I am 21 years old and I recently stumbled unto BP and I'm looking to start investing in real estate.

I started looking at gig type jobs, and stumbled across onerent.   

Right now I just want to learn as much as I can as I just stumbled across my first BP video yesterday.

I mean, I might stumble upon a lot of books that may not be useful which would only be known by a group of experts who have been through it.

5 things to look for in a new agent:1) An Insurance Broker whose licensed in any state you hope to invest in (preferably all 50)2) A broker who specializes in working with investors3) Ask what their on-boarding and renewal processes look like. . . if they stumble or don't seem to have processes in place, move on4) Talk to them about their current clients (specifically with the same size of portfolio)5) Talk to them about your goals as an investor and what their capacity is to potentially help you.

Some sellers choose all-cash purchase offers over higher-priced offers with conventional or FHA loan financing because they know a cash offer with proof of funds faces fewer stumbling blocks and is more likely to close.

I literally just stumbled upon this forum while attempting to research real estate investing.

My husband stumbled upon Rich Dad Poor Dad, we listened to it together on audiobook and it excited us immensely.  

I stumbled on my private lenders because I called their listing...the RE agent WAS the investor...got to talking and they offered to lend.
