Paying in cash question
Hello I have a question about if I was buying a property in cash. I was going to use a bank loan, but I got luck to find people to help me buy a property in cash. I was going to put a offer on this property for 105,000 dollars, but now I am going to buy the property in cash should I offer less or stay at this price?
