It also says parking 1 vehicle only in the parking lot so it’s not like I’m not bending some accommodations for him for ADA.

Looking for an insurance broker who can write a stand alone liability policy for a property in Bend or hazard & liability on a damaged mobile home.

@Trevor Haney I did look into that, I didn't see anything except in Bend..unfortunately, that's a bit far to go for a meeting for us! 

But more simply than getting into all the details: are the ceilings low, but habitable, i.e. 7ft or higher, or are they "bend over to get through" height.I would say, generally, the cost to raise the ceilings will not be worth it. 

I've seen debtors file pro se petitions and the courts bend over backwards for them.

I offered on a property that had significant erosion into Toledo Bend Lake after Harvey and planned on doing a concrete bulkhead, only to find out the Army Corps of Engineers had bought all the properties on this particular shoreline and then let the owners buy them back for 10 cents on the dollar, figuring this would be cheaper than actually shoring up the eroding hillside.

Not looking to break the law, but I like seeing how far I can bend it...
