Single-family residence buy & hold investment.
Purchase price: $264,000
Cash invested: $150,000
Purchased for $272k, but got $8k in closing costs. Financed the purchase price with conventional financing. We will be doing an addition adding about 700 sq. ft. and a detached shop. If everything goes to plan, we should be all in for around $354,000 and the property should be worth about $500,000.
