Of course, Penn State adorns everything & everyone so no diversity of college fans … except for a few weeks several years ago, sadly.It’s cheap to live here, you can drive from any suburb to Downtown in 10 minutes (really), the Metro area has almost 2 million people and 1.9 live in the burbs.

Some will end up making a killing.When it comes down to it, a tech bubble burst may only really affect the housing markets where there is little economic diversity (Silicon Valley).

I recommend having a diverse portfolio!

I'm not sure where you are and if Chicago is close for you to benefit from it's diversity and population growth.  

Wilmington on the other hand has more of a diverse economy and does not rely solely on the military.

Atleast from what I've heard it has a stable and diverse job market and doesn't see the vast ups and down of equity that some spots are frequently hit with, for example my local market.

They have a diverse group; doing little bit of everything, great place to network.  

I cannot convince her that diversity will help us in the long run.  

The range of available rentals is truly diverse here.
