@Jay Hinrichs

HI is always nice, been there also.  But it was 70 degrees in Harrisburg this week, nice mild sunny days in Feb is not all that bad.  The economy is good here, many of my properties are in the fastest growing county in PA, though its nothing like CA, FL, AZ, CO, OR or any other fast growing areas around the country.  Agriculture is the number one industry in PA, lots of apple, peach, corn, and livestock.  And Hershey, PA. is "the sweetest place on earth", it even smells like chocolate.

I've been to Stockton. Modesto, Fresno and Bakersfield.  One day in Lemoore, we asked for name of a good place to eat, they said go out to the highway turn right and its the second building on the left. And it was the second building but was 20 miles away. (Harris Ranch)
