How dare we.After two years on this market, THIS MARKET, she sold if for 161K which was a steal.She yelled are her realtor for over an hour, said we were all thieves.We do not speak of that process in any way.

Of course, this is an initial analysis and I wouldn't dare move forward without seeing the property myself and, depending on how that went, getting a home inspection.

I would keep accepting applications and see if you can find a much more convenient and dare I say normal tenant.

And, I'm not simply daring her to sue, my PM friends are telling me that damage to a part doesn't necessarily equate to replacement of the whole, so court may not go well for her.
