It is evaluating the location where you are investing to avoid areas that are anti-landlord.

Wide-spread anti-body testing and solid proof that people with the anti-bodies can't be re-infected.I could be wrong, but I live at the epicenter of a city that I firmly believe is about to be crushed by this crisis, no matter what the governor, mayor or president do. 

I wanted to not only stay informed of them, but also support an organization that advocated for landlords because so many (almost all) of these new laws seem to be anti-landlord.  

Sound advice @Anthony Wick, but I will add my take which happens to have the nuance of the NJ anti-eviction realities.I took my 2 buildings with the derelict tenants and good ones.

There are a number of people in politics today who are anti the concept of private property.

Hey guys I thought I would share this news article about some anti eviction protestors in Memphis.

They just helped kill AB2501 in CA, the onerous private lender legislation in Florida, and are currently lobbying against the anti-flipping tax increases in New York.

. ;)I'm not anti-numbers here, but I do find these discussions kind of funny. 

Either case, you can go through a lot of my posts as most of them are about my Investments and my philosophy of investing in NYC.The one caveat I have is that the laws and politics have become extreme anti-Landlord.Right now, I am putting new acquisitions on hold until the uncertainty become less foggy and I can see if we will continue to see higher Rent and Value appreciation.
