Now with Keller Williams of Cape Cod and the Islands

I just started reading Gary Keller's Millionaire Real Estate Investor, and he has an interesting discussion on modeling to avoid making mistakes.

Averill, I am a sales agent for Keller Williams and one of the many benefits of using Keller Williams is that we have a team of legal professionals to support our transactions.

So I am now studying to get my real estate license and after I get it I am planning on working with Keller Williams realty and just want to know, or if you can provide advice or sources, how am I sure I am making the best deal for me and the buyer/seller?

If you want to be a residential agent, Keller-Williams is generally acknowledged to provide among the best training.

Hi Michael,I've been with Keller Williams since 2010 and I'm currently a full-time Realtor representing others.

I hear Keller Williams has the best agent training.

I'm starting out with next to nothing and I need to make a living while I learn the rules of investing so I'm studying hard to be an agent and hang my license under either a local brokerage (Georgetown Realty) or the big bad Keller Williams.

I have also been thinking about getting my real estate license and possibly working for a brokerage such as Keller Williams, just as a means of getting my foot in the door.
