Looking to learn

Hello everyone!

I have been very interested in real estate investing for a few years now. I have read several books listed on bp, and absolutely love the idea of eventually working for myself, finding and making deals. I am finally ready to take to the leap and completely immerse myself in the real estate world. What I would like to know is what is the best way to find an investor to work for/with? I am willing to do whatever it takes to learn the ropes from a professional, wether that means working in return for knowledge and experience, or whatever the case may be. I have also been thinking about getting my real estate license and possibly working for a brokerage such as Keller Williams, just as a means of getting my foot in the door. If anyone out there has some advice they would like to share, it would be greatly appreciated! Hope to hear from you soon.
