Wuts going on BP community so I’m starting my journey in real estate and I have a full time job I need to get my phone ringing I know ..I put out 20 signs about a week ago to test out the waters and I got one call so far but I live In a real Spanish based community so the call didn’t go well It’s a challenge to negotiate in English imagine in Spanish smh I gotta practice on that aspect but I guess my real question is how do u know if ur in a good market is it population,house prices,cash transaction

I include a number of gifts with their move-in packet that make the rental agreement "come to life" and more readily understood.If I'm aware the tenant may not read (literacy issue) or understand the English language well (limited English proficiency) or has a cognitive issues, then I take extra time and seek extra support as needed to achieve our goal.Our rental agreement is printed in a type and font that can be easily read.

I have done a flip in the East English Village, to try the market, and just listed the pty.I am currently looking for a team to work with me,  pointing me in the right direction (as I'm not a local and my knowledge of the area is limited) and start doing serious buy and hold investments in Detroit.Interviewing agents and brokers is proving challenging, but I will keep trying until I find the right team for me.If you have any recommendation, it will be greatly appreciated!
