Wuts going on BP community so I’m starting my journey in real estate and I have a full time job I need to get my phone ringing I know ..I put out 20 signs about a week ago to test out the waters and I got one call so far but I live In a real Spanish based community so the call didn’t go well It’s a challenge to negotiate in English imagine in Spanish smh I gotta practice on that aspect but I guess my real question is how do u know if ur in a good market is it population,house prices,cash transaction

every market has its ups and downs.. however if your trying to buy assets under fair market values then markets with low value assets  lots of rentals lots of non English speakers tough ghetto areas.. those are all ripe for that business.. 

next time you get someone on the phone ask them to put their kids on the phone to translate.
