Hi. I am relocating for work overseas and would like to give my POA for my property to my cousin in Ontario. Do I need to contact a lawyer for drafting a POA or can I just use the format on https://www.attorneygeneral.jus.gov.on.ca/english/family/pgt/poa.pdf (Page 5)
