I've hit a lot of walls trying to get preapproved for a conventional loan because of that reason.I want to buy a home for investment so I plan tu use the rental inome to pay the mortgage.

For instance, we look for homes with "R2" in Colorado Springs or homes zoned "TU" in Denver.

If you don't, why not house hack by finding a home with a separate basement entrance potential and on a lot zoned for two units (look for the 'TU' in the middle of the zoning designation).

They are usually 60 points more than the actual score because the credit score companies like TU and Exp pay them a monthly fee.

for everything that's included, i think the SW is pretty reasonably priced. among other things, it has a portal where perspective tenants complete secure online applications that feed automatically to TU/SM…which was a big selling feature for me.
